Marketing Fund:
Contributions from franchisees are pooled into a centralized fund managed by Group Power Academy’s marketing experts. This fund finances high-impact campaigns, social media initiatives, seasonal promotions, and community outreach programs. ©
Management Services Fee:
Monthly payments supporting ongoing franchisee training, operational audits, business coaching, compliance checks, and IT system maintenance, ensuring continuous support for franchise success. ©
Software License Fee:
Covers the cost of proprietary IT infrastructure, including member management software, booking systems, AI-driven coaching platforms, and CRM tools critical to streamlined operations and member engagement. ©
Accounts and Records:
Franchisees must maintain detailed, accurate financial records — including daily sales, expenses, payroll, tax filings, and royalty payments — submitted quarterly for audit and review by Group Power Academy to ensure transparency and compliance. ©
Month:
All contractual payments, reporting deadlines, and operational performance reviews are based on calendar months to standardize accounting and business cycles. ©
Club Premises:
Locations must meet strict design and safety standards set by Group Power Academy, ensuring a consistent brand experience nationwide. Premises include designated workout zones, recovery and mental wellbeing rooms, social spaces, and tech-integrated training areas. ©
Client:
Members are at the heart of the business, receiving top-tier fitness services, digital progress tracking, and personalized coaching. Franchisees must uphold high standards of customer service to maintain brand reputation. ©
Equipment:
All gym equipment is supplied exclusively by Nominated Suppliers vetted for quality, durability, warranty support, and safety compliance. This ensures consistency across all gyms and enhances operational efficiency. ©
Products & Stationery:
Branded consumables (towels, apparel, water bottles) and essential stationery (contracts, membership cards, marketing collateral) are sourced centrally to maintain a unified professional image and operational smoothness. ©
Nominated Suppliers:
Franchisees must procure equipment, maintenance services, software licenses, and consumables only through pre-approved suppliers to benefit from negotiated pricing and quality assurance. ©
